The process
From chat to launch.
Six stages, each signed off before the next begins. You always know where the project is, what happens next, and what is needed from you.
The six stages
Scope · stage 1 of 6
Chat and scope
We settle the pages, features and what the site needs to do, and lock the price.
Design · stage 2 of 6
Design direction
I set the look using your logo and colours for you to approve.
Build · stage 3 of 6
Build
I build the site, load your content and set up anything it needs to do.
Review · stage 4 of 6
Review and tweaks
You see it live, and we refine anything that needs changing.
Launch · stage 5 of 6
Launch and handover
We go live, and you get every login. Ongoing care is optional from here.
Maintain · stage 6 of 6
Ongoing careOptional
Keep your website running smoothly with optional ongoing support, updates and improvements as your business grows.
Each stage starts when the one before it is signed off. Supplying your content — images, services, prices and any wording — is usually what decides how fast a site goes live.
Timelines
How long it takes.
Each package carries its own development timeline — four to five weeks for Foundation, six to seven for Signature and eight to ten for Flagship — counted from the point your content is in. The package comparison has the detail.
